Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Desi Dhaaga. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:

  1. Exchange Window: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Please ensure the product is returned in intact condition with the original price tag.
  2. Initiating an Exchange: To request an exchange, please email us at contact@desidhaaga.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8981729595 within 24 hours of receiving the product, explaining the reason. If your request is approved, you’ll be asked to ship the product back to us.
  3. Shipping Charges: Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Please note, only the product price will be adjusted for the exchange—shipping charges are non-refundable.
  4. Discounted Products: No exchanges are allowed on discounted items, as these are part of special business promotions.
  5. Defective Products: We ensure each item is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, in the rare case of a defect, please record a video while unboxing and share it with us as evidence. Without this, we will be unable to process returns for damage claims.
  6. Exchange Confirmation: Once we receive and verify that the product is unused and in original condition, the amount will be held as advance credit, which can be adjusted against your future purchase.
  7. Tailored Items: Products that have been altered or tailored are not eligible for exchange.
