Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. 
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:

  • We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Estimated delivery time:

Metro cities: 2-3 business days.
Other locations: 4-5 business days.
Remote areas: May take longer depending on service availability

3. Shipping Charges:

  • Standard shipping is FREE on all orders above ₹2999. 
  • For orders below ₹3000 a flat shipping charge of ₹100 will be applicable. 
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) service is available. Cash handeling charge will be applicable @3% of the order value.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email/WhatsApp with your tracking number. 
  • You can track your order through the courier’s tracking page.

5. Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly. 
  • We are not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Payments Policy

1. Payment Methods Accepted:
We offer safe and secure payment options for your convenience:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.) 
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay etc) 
  • Net Banking Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – charges applicable.

2. Payment Security:
All payments are processed through secure and encrypted gateways. Your card or bank information is never stored on our servers.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD is available for select pin codes. 
  • An additional COD charge @ 3% of the total order value will apply. 
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the given address.
