These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Desi Dhaaga, an online retail store dealing in sarees, fabrics, shirts, bed sheets, curtains, and more.

5. Authorized Sales Channels

Desi Dhaaga sells its products only through its official website www.desidhaaga.in. We do not authorize sales through any other e-commerce platform or website. We are not responsible for any transactions or products purchased under the Desi Dhaaga name from unauthorized sellers.

6. Pricing & Payments

Prices for Indian customers include applicable GST and shipping charges (refer to our shipping policy). Customers can pay via:

  • Online payment through our secure payment gateway (e.g., debit/credit card, UPI, net banking via Razorpay or any future partner)
  • Direct bank transfer/NEFT

Gift vouchers are currently redeemable only at offline events or specific promotions and not valid for online purchases unless otherwise mentioned.

7. Limitation of Liability

Desi Dhaaga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the website or services, even if previously advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We take pride in our quality, but in case of genuine concerns, we offer support under the following conditions:

Acceptable Cases for Return/Exchange:

  • Quality Defects: Contact us within 7 days with images/video to support your claim.
  • Damaged/Wrong Product: Inform us within 24-48 hrs with an unboxing video and photos.
  • Return to Origin (RTO): For failed deliveries due to incorrect address/contact details. Reshipping charges will be applicable.

Not Acceptable for Return/Exchange:

  • Color variations due to screen/display settings.
  • Customized or altered products (e.g., fall and edging).
  • Fabrics and dress materials once cut.
  • Gift vouchers or promotional items.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
  • A full unboxing video is mandatory to claim any exchange.
  • Return/exchange requests must be raised within 24-48 hrs of receiving the product.
  • All returns will undergo a quality check before approval.
  • In case of exchange for a higher-value item, the difference in cost must be paid.

9. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for shipping, customs duties, and taxes during returns.
  • Store exchanges are not valid for international orders.

10. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@desidhaaga.in within 24-48 hrs. of receiving the product. Include your order number, issue details, photographs, and unboxing video.

Our team will evaluate the request and guide you through the return process, including reverse pickup (if service available) and further resolution. Amount will be kept with us as an advance which can be adjusted against any future purchase after the product passes quality checks.

11. Disclaimer

All policies are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall override the Return/Refund Policy.
